Her clinical career began at Kashyap Memorial Eye Hospital and Susrut Eye Foundation & Research Centre before she joined Ranigunj Eye Hospital under Lions Eye Hospital, where she independently managed eye care units across multiple rural and semi-urban locations in West Bengal, India — working to bring quality vision care to underserved communities.
