Why Daily Practice Matters

  • Muscle Memory
Just like lifting weights, your eye-convergence and tracking muscles respond best to short, consistent workouts.
  • Faster Gains
Studies show that two 5-minute sessions per day yield more reliable improvements than one long session.
  • Reduce Eye Strain
Regular breaks and exercises help reset your focusing system, combating digital eye fatigue.

Your 5-Minute Routine

  1. Morning Session (5 min)
    • Warm up with Smooth Pursuit (follow the moving dot) for 1 min.
    • Move into Saccades Game for 1 min—tap targets quickly.
    • Finish with Pencil Push-Up Test (record distance) for 3 min, doing 10 reps at a steady pace.
  2. Evening Session (5 min)
    • Start with Near–Far Focus toggles for 1 min.
    • Do Hart Chart reading (near → far → near) for 2 min.
    • End with Brock String bead-to-bead convergence for 2 min.
